Six week Summer Time FLi Challenge! 

It’s the countdown to Summer. This 6 week challenge is intended to give you a jump start to your Summer Body. It’s very simple and I’ll be here to have your back. We’ll adjust your habits create some new ones, and help establish some new routines. I’ll give you the guidelines, the blueprint, and motivation to help you make it through the next six weeks.

4. Upload starting weight to the App
5. Attend the Welcome Zoom Call 6am Eastern Time
6. Follow the Guidelines 
7. Get FLi and prosper
